I have loved both writing and drawing for as long as I can remember.  One of the most important things for me has been to find the best vessel suited to carry my work.  I became intrigued with book arts for this reason.  By making blank books that inspire me to fill their pages with poetry and drawings, I hope that my books will also inspire others to express themselves.

I grew up in Eastern, Massachusetts, with my loving and unique family.
My fondest memories are of my mother spreading out art supplies on our kitchen floor and the two of us spending the entire day creating masterpieces.  In college, I went on to study art and writing, while working on farms in the summer.  My love of the arts is only rivaled by my love of farming.  Watching plants grow from seeds to food is the main inspiration for the images on my journals.  I began studying in the fall of 2008 at the Garage Annex School for Book Arts. It was there that I began making and selling blank books. I use recycled, handmade and tree free papers in my books, and they are each embossed with my original drawings.  I now work as a bookbinder during the winter, while working on a farm during the spring, summer and fall.

I love to do special orders. If you have specific images you would
like on the cover of a book, or specific colors or types of papers, and or other materials you would like, I would be happy to work with your requests. For more information, and updates on what I have in stock, you can also visit my Etsy shop at:
